BEARBEAR

AI & Financial Disclaimer

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Not financial advice. Bear analyzes your trading for educational and coaching purposes only. Nothing in this app is investment, legal, or tax advice, and Bear never executes trades on your behalf. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Summary

BEAR is an educational and analytical tool for traders. It reviews trades you have already logged and coaches you on your own process. It does not tell you what to trade, it does not predict markets, and it does not execute anything. Every trading decision — and every result — is yours.

1. Not a broker or adviser

BEAR is not:

  • A broker-dealer
  • A registered investment adviser
  • A financial planner
  • A fiduciary of any kind

Nothing in the app — analysis, scores, coaching messages, patterns, reports, or anything Coach Bear says — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, contract, cryptocurrency, or other instrument.

2. No trade execution

BEAR never places trades. When brokerage connections ship, they will be read-only — BEAR imports your trade history to analyze what already happened. BEAR cannot buy, sell, close, hedge, or size a position on your behalf, and the app has no field that asks for the credentials that would make that possible.

3. Education, not advice

BEAR exists to help you understand your own trading — the patterns, the process, the habits that cost you money and the ones that make you money. That is education. It is not personalized investment advice, and it does not consider your full financial situation, tax status, goals, or risk tolerance.

4. Market data and synthesis

Bear analyzes public market data alongside your historical trading patterns to provide coaching intelligence. Bear may identify when market conditions align with your historical edge, reference public congressional disclosure data, or surface unusual market activity. All analysis is descriptive and historical. Bear never predicts future prices, recommends specific securities, or executes trades. All trading decisions and their outcomes are solely your responsibility.

5. AI limits

BEAR’s analysis is generated by large language models. That means:

  • It can be wrong.Models can misread a trade, miscount a pattern, or hallucinate a detail that isn’t in your data.
  • It sees only what you give it. A trade with no notes, no exit plan, and no context yields a shallower analysis than one with complete data.
  • It has no market view. BEAR does not know where a price is going next and will not tell you it does.

Treat every AI output as a starting point for your own thinking, not the last word.

6. Past ≠ future

Everything BEAR analyzes is history. Patterns identified in your past trades describe what you have done, not what will happen next. Past performance — yours, a strategy’s, or a market’s — is not a reliable predictor of future performance.

7. Every decision is yours

You own every trade you place. You choose when to enter, when to exit, how large to size, and how much risk to take. BEAR can point out a pattern, name a habit, or ask you a hard question — the choice, and the outcome, is still yours.

8. Consult professionals

For advice tailored to your specific financial situation, consult a licensed investment adviser, tax professional, or attorney. BEAR is not a substitute for any of them.

9. Risk of loss

Trading — especially in derivatives, options, futures, and crypto — carries substantial risk, including the total loss of your capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Using BEAR does not reduce that risk.

10. Changes

If we materially change this disclaimer, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
